A little bit about how we work

It's important to get a company on board with your project who gets it. We get it. We're always happy to attend site visits, measure up and bounce idea's with clients to help them maximise the results achieved through their projects.
Before we get up close and personal on site though (post COVID-19 of course) we'll ask all of our clients to get themselves comfortable and spend a few moments planning their project. We don't need technical drawings or intricate details, more just some details about what your planning, any examples you've seen that are similar etc.
Once you've completed the brief and we've all decided the project is something we'd like to explore further we'll do one of the following:
We'll hop into our van and come to your place. Here we'll undertake a preliminary site survey, take any measurements needed and discuss the finer details of your project to enable us to cost the project and present you with our proposal.
Depending on the project you're also more than welcome to come to our place. We've a dedicated workshop in Uckfield, East Sussex where we're able to demonstrate finishes, hardware and more for those hard to visualise decisions.
